We offer local pickup in Kitchener-Waterloo. Please let us know if you would like your order to be picked up. Orders must be paid for in advance, before set pick up date. We require 24 hour notice for pickup. Please send us an email to set up your Pickup date/time. Waterloo Pickup: We offer pickup at Conestoga Mall. Pickup hours at this location are: Monday - Friday: 5:30pm - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 1pm, 5pm - 9pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm Kitchener Pickup: We offer pickup at Fairway Mall. We offer Open Box for 60 days after time of purchase. All items must be paid for prior to being placed in Open Box. This gives you the opportunity to shop on our website as well as our Instagram Live Sales and Stories and save on shipping fees. You can close your box at any time during the 60 day period. Boxes will be automatically closed once they reach the 60 day mark. Any required Shipping invoices will be sent prior to shipping box.
